I have to say, I reckon I learned loads at your workshop.
Firstly, you reminded me of skills I had forgotten – such as using what I refer to as “part-focus” (depth of field) on a digital camera; and I tried it out at the Hamble site and it worked fine. Thank you for that.
The rule of 3rds was a total eureka moment for me; again, I tried it out and it changed everything.
Finally, you demonstrated some of the functions I could change on my camera – and that also has changed how I feel. So, all in all – I reckon it will take me a year or two to outgrow my present camera, using all that you have shown me. So.....thank you.

Thanks so much for the workshop on Saturday. It was very relaxed and great to ask questions about my own camera, making it personalised and relevant. I really enjoyed it and am already using a lot more of my camera with better results.

Not only did they do a great job for us in terms of the photos and video, but also the follow-up publicity via their Facebook connections was superb. "Greg shot some of the best shots of my band despite the casual backdrop of a hotel lobby and unplanned lighting, He clearly knows the classic band shots when he sees them and has the technical ability to capture it beautifully for posterity. I only met him briefly after the gig but I can see that he loves music and his empathy with the band speaks through the lens. In the digital age when there are so many claiming to be music photographers without possessing that killer quality, I would say you couldn't go wrong commissioning Greg for live band shots in the South West".
